To rent one of these units, please print this Residential Lease Application and deliver it to our office with your $20 cash application fee. A copy of your Photo ID and Social Security card will be required before any application can be processed. We also require four (4) weeks of paycheck stubs as part of employment verification. All rentals require a 12-month lease.
